La traviata Saturday, Feb 16 2008

What a wonderful experience! Went to the opera last night and enjoyed the performance of La traviata by Verdi. He wrote the opera based on the story The Lady of the Camellias (La dame aux Camélias) by Alexandre Dumas. It’s a tragic story and it reminds us of that life isn’t always fair. However, the opera is great and the singers were fabulous. Now I can’t wait for the next performance of the opera house in my hometown, or somewhere I might be travelling in the world.
